DIGI SUITE USER DATA DELETION POLICY

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of DigiSuite may request deletion of their personal data and how Software Programming Group LLC processes such requests.

DigiSuite is a cloud-based digital marketing and social media automation platform operated by:

1. Your Right to Request Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information that DigiSuite stores about you. This right applies to:

• Account profile data
• Connected social media integrations
• Stored marketing content
• Analytics data associated with your account
• AI-generated assets associated with your account
• Stored SEO project data
• Usage activity logs linked to your identity

This policy complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR (European Union) and CCPA/CPRA (California).

2. How to Request Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion using any of the following methods:

Method 1: From Inside the Application (Recommended)

Your request will be automatically submitted to our system.

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to: contact@digisuite.ai
Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include:

• Your registered email address
• Your account username
• Confirmation that you want permanent deletion

We may verify ownership before processing.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

After a valid deletion request, DigiSuite will permanently delete:

• User profile information
• Login credentials
• Connected Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business connections
• Published or scheduled posts stored in our system
• AI generated images, captions, logos, and videos
• SEO audits, keyword projects, and reports
• Rank tracking and sitemap data
• Stored automation tasks
• Analytics data associated with your identity

Your access to the platform will immediately stop.

4. Social Media Platform Data (Important for Meta Compliance)

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to DigiSuite:

DigiSuite removes all stored platform tokens and cached platform data upon deletion.

However, DigiSuite cannot delete data that exists directly on the social media platform itself. You must manage or delete that content directly within your Facebook or Instagram account.

DigiSuite only stores access authorization and cached information necessary to operate automation features.

5. Processing Time

• Account access disabled: Immediately
• Platform tokens revoked: Within 24 hours
• Full system data deletion: Within 7 days
• Backup removal: Within 30 days

Some data may remain in encrypted backups temporarily for system integrity but is not accessible or usable.

6. Data We May Retain (Legal Requirements)

We may retain limited information when legally required, including:

• Billing and payment transaction records
• Fraud prevention and security logs
• Legal compliance records

This retained data is:

• minimized
• restricted
• not used for marketing
• not visible to users

Retention typically does not exceed 90 days unless required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

DigiSuite integrates with external platforms such as:

• Social media networks
• SEO analytics providers
• Automation processing providers

When you delete your account, DigiSuite deletes data stored in our systems and revokes third-party authorization tokens. However, third-party providers process their own data under their own privacy policies.

You may need to revoke permissions directly inside those platforms as well.

8. Confirmation of Deletion

Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email stating that: Your account and associated personal data have been permanently removed from DigiSuite systems.

After deletion, the account cannot be recovered.
